Store Policies & Information
Terms of Use
By accessing CandleLight Serenity LLC, you agree to our terms. Our artisanal soy candles are for personal use only and not for unauthorized resale. We maintain the right to update these terms to reflect our boutique process and growth.
Candle Safety
Safety first for your artisanal ritual. Always trim wicks to 1/4 inch before lighting. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep away from drafts, kids, and pets. Burn on a heat-resistant surface for up to 4 hours at a time.
Return Policy
We want you to love your scent. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement. Due to the artisanal nature of hand-poured wax, used candles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Shipping Policy
Each candle is hand-poured some to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. We ship via standard carriers to ensure your serene atmosphere arrives safely. You will receive a tracking number once your order departs Fort Worth.
Do Not Sell My Information
CandleLight Serenity LLC values your privacy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Our data collection is limited to providing you with a high-end customer experience and fulfilling your artisanal candle orders securely.
